Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed before 10:00 PM (PST) are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there’s a significant delay in shipping your order, we’ll contact you by email at support@nobleallure.shop.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days. International orders may take up to 10 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team at support@nobleallure.shop.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s). Tracking will become active within 1 business day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to their order. All fees charged during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Noble Allure will be responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
Returns
All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
