We strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to take back the product and issue a full refund.
Products can only be returned within 60 days of placing an order if they’re still in their original condition and packaging. Used items or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email us at support@nobleallure.shop with a detailed reason for your return and include photos or a video of the product to support your request. Once approved, we’ll send you the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for return shipping.
Please use a trackable mail service to ensure your refund is processed. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used during purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are issued as soon as your return is approved—funds leave our account immediately. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider. It may take time before your refund appears. Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, contact our support team at support@nobleallure.shop.

Wrong Shipping Address
If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We’ll try to fix it, but we can’t guarantee changes since most orders are processed shortly after placement. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to update the address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Our system processes orders based on the information you provide.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed or shipped. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it upon request.
There is no restocking fee.
Invalid Reasons for Refunds or Cancellations
